Are reservations necessary?
Yes, studio services are by appointment only. we want to make sure your individual needs are met during this time set aside especially for you.  to ensure a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere for our clients we ask you to be considerate and make other arrangements for children under 12 years old unless they are scheduled for an appointment.  to be able to enjoy the full benefit of your visit please refrain from using cell phones or other electronic devices upon entering the studio.  thank you for your consideration in helping us to maintain a positive, pleasant and relaxing environment.

What else should I know about my appointment?
We recommend that clients schedule upcoming appointments while at the studio.  arriving late 10 minutes or more may deprive you of your appointment time and may result in the need to reschedule your services. a no-show fee will be charged. when booking first time services a credit card or gift certificate number is needed to reserve the appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can appreciate that our time is our source of income. we require 24-hour cancellation in advance or to avoid charges we request a call to reschedule your appointment. we kindly ask you to honor our advance notice cancellation policy which is necessary to enable us to fill the open time. every effort to provide a courtesy reminder call will be made for all scheduled appointments but does not negate each client’s responsibility to keep their appointment.  a complete set of policies is available at the studio.  

What is your pricing policy?
All studio products, services and prices are subject to change without prior notice. while appreciated, gratuities are extra and are not included in the treatment price. on credit card purchases please advise us in advance of checkout if you wish a gratuity to be added to your total.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MC – debit/check cards or credit.  cash or check is appreciated on totals under $50. returned checks will be assessed a $35 fee.

I don’t feel well. What should I do?
State law does not permit us to work on anyone with the following conditions:  fever, severe colds, facial outbreaks (i.e.: rash, herpes blisters, welts due to allergy), potentially contagious symptoms (i.e.: severe coughing.) please call and advise us should any of these conditions be present. Rebooking at this time will eliminate a late cancellation fee.

Do you offer gift certificates?
gift certificates are a wonderful way to say you care. if you wish us to send one to a loved one or friend we make gift giving easy and will be happy to mail it to the lucky recipient. gift certificates are valid for products or services or for a dollar amount.  they must be presented for redemption within one year from date of purchase.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on used products. please utilize testers and samples before purchasing products.  an unopened, unused item purchased from Positive Image within 30 days or less may be exchanged for another product.  an item opened but that cannot be used due to reaction with the product – can only be exchanged or issued a studio credit within 30 days of the purchase date. ColoreScience Mineral Make-up does not accept returns

Do you offer group sessions or appointments?
Definitely! consider them a fun way for friends or clubs to plan a unique relaxing time together. seminars in our seminar room, Tea for 12 and Monday Night Makeovers (4+) are our most popular.  all parties of three or more require a valid credit card or gift card on file to confirm and hold the group’s appointment.  any no-show or cancellation less than 2 full business days prior to start of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total scheduled services.

Do you ship?
Yes. Positive Image ships products upon request for a nominal s&h fee. you may also make arrangements to pick-up your products at Positive Image if you are local. please specify which way you want to get the product or gift certificate at the time of purchase.
